All content on Gostok is protected by copyright laws and is available under specific license terms. By downloading or using any image, you agree to follow the applicable license below.

? Types of Licenses

Most images on Gostok are provided under a Royalty-Free (RF) license.

You can:

• Use the image in personal or commercial projects

• Modify or adapt the image

• Use it in websites, presentations, advertising, packaging, apps, etc.

You cannot:

• Resell or redistribute the image as-is

• Claim the image as your own work

• Use the image in offensive, unlawful, or defamatory content

✅ Attribution is not required, but appreciated.

Some images are marked Editorial Use Only. These are typically photos of celebrities, public events, landmarks, or branded objects.

You can:

• Use in news articles, blogs, or non-commercial editorial content

You cannot:

• Use in commercial advertising, promotion, or merchandise

• Alter the image significantly or use it in misleading contexts

? Always credit the source/photographer if requested.

For users who require broader usage rights, we offer an Extended License for select premium images.

Additional rights include:

• Use on merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, posters)

• Print runs over 500,000 copies

• Use in paid digital products or mobile apps

• TV/broadcast use

❌ Prohibited Uses (All Licenses)

You may not:

• Redistribute or resell images on stock platforms, image databases, or as standalone files

• Use content in pornography, hate speech, racism, or political manipulation

• Use identifiable people or trademarks in a way that implies endorsement

• Train AI models or datasets without explicit permission

If an image asks for credit, please include the following format:

You can place this in your website footer, caption, or end credits.

? Contributors & Copyright

Gostok works with photographers, illustrators, and AI artists. All contributors retain their copyrights and grant Gostok limited licensing rights.
